Banananana bread

Recipe Servings: 1 loaf Description: If monkeys ate bread... Allergens: Animal, Banana, Beet, Brewers yeast, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Egg, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grain, Spices, Sugar, Sugar cane, Vanilla, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: Mix up your bananas with your butter.
Mix in the egg.
Mix in the vanilla.
Mix in your sugar.
Mix in the baking soda.
Mix in the flour.
Pour the mixture into 4x8 inch bread pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350�F.
Cool on a rack and slice it up.

I substituted arrowroot powder for the eggs and added a handful of almonds for some extra taste. This turned out really well for me. I'll definitely make it again.
