Recipe Servings: 1 meal replacement Description: For those allergic to the nightshade family. Allergens: Almond, Animal, Brewers yeast, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Gelatin, Honey, Legume, Miscellaneous, Nut, Soy, Sugar, Sulfites, Tree nut, Vanilla, Yeast, Yogurt Ingredient List:

Instructions: Simply blend and sip to enjoy this simple pleasant meal.
Cashews, walnuts, and peanuts work well with this too, of course.
In cooler weather, try maple syrup instead of honey with the walnuts.
