Recipe Servings: 1 meal-sized salad Description: For those allergic to the nightshade family. Allergens: Animal, Apple, Brewers yeast, Cheese, Cow milk, Dairy, Egg, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grape, Miscellaneous, Mustard, Olive, Onion, Pepper, Spices, Spinach, Sugar, Sulfites, Vinegar, Yeast Ingredient List:

1-2 cups Allergy_none spinach , baby leaf
1/2 Allergy_none green apple , diced or sliced
1/4 cup Allergy_none red onion , diced
1 Allergy_none egg , hard boiled
2 TBsp Allergy_none mustard , dijon or moutarde de meaux
1 Tbsp Allergy_none white wine vinegar
2 TBsp Allergy_none olive oil
1 pinch Allergy_none sea salt
1/2 tsp Allergy_none black peppercorn , ground
2 Tbsp Allergy_none sharp cheese , spanish gran queso

Instructions: Build salad from spinach to egg.

In a small bottle, shake up mustard, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
