My husband's favorite salad

Recipe Servings: 1 meal-sized salad Description: For those allergic to the nightshade family. Allergens: Animal, Apple, Brewers yeast, Cheese, Cow milk, Dairy, Egg, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grape, Miscellaneous, Mustard, Olive, Onion, Pepper, Spices, Spinach, Sugar, Sulfites, Vinegar, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: Build salad from spinach to egg.
In a small bottle, shake up mustard, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
Grate the hard sharp cheese over the salad and enjoy!
