Recipe Servings: 4 Description: This is an oldie but a goodie, where I come from. Maybe it's too much for you, but your kids will love it. Allergens: Animal, Brewers yeast, Chicken, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Grain, Grape, Miscellaneous, Olive, Onion, Pepper, Spices, Sugar, Sulfites, Yeast Ingredient List:

1 Allergy_none red onion , sliced
2 cloves Allergy_none garlic , crushed
1/4 cup Allergy_none dry white wine
1/2 cup Allergy_none marsala wine
1 cup Allergy_none flour
1/2 teaspoon Allergy_none salt
1 teaspoon Allergy_none white pepper
8 tbsp Allergy_none extra virgin olive oil

Instructions: Season flour with salt & pepper
Dredge chicken in seasoned flour, set aside
add 2 tbsp olive oil to pan, heat to medium high. sautee onions and garlic until onions are clear.
remove onions and garlic and set aside in a bowl.
add white wine to empty pan and deglaze. pour white wine deglaze over onions.
add 6 tbsp olive oil and reheat to medium high.
cook dredged chicken in olive oil, remove
deglaze pan with marsala wine and let reduce about 1/4.
pour over chicken, add onions.
