Recipe Servings: 4-6 Description: A homemade meal from back home Louisiana Allergens: Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fish/seafood, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Grain, Miscellaneous, Nightshade, Onion, Parsley, Pepper, Shellfish, Shrimp, Spices, Sugar, Sulfites, Tomato Ingredient List:

Instructions: 1. Peel, de-vein and wash the shrimp.
2. Saute the butter, onions, pepper and garlic in a large pot.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Blend in flour until smooth.
5. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Fill the tomato sauce can halfway with water; add the water to the mixture and stir.
7. Add the shrimp, parsley, and thyme to the mixture.
8. Add salt and black pepper.
9. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
10. Serve over cooked rice

This "shrimp" recipe is listed under vegetarian recipes. Clearly an error.
