1tsp Allergy_none baking soda
1 tsp Allergy_none salt
2- 12 oz. bags Allergy_none semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pound Allergy_none butter
3 Allergy_none eggs
2 cups Allergy_none light brown sugar
1 1/2 cups Allergy_none white sugar
2 Tbsp Allergy_none vanilla
6 cups Allergy_none flour

Instructions: I recommend using a stand mixer for these cookies. The dough gets to be thick and has been known to burn up hand mixers. Blend butter, eggs, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla together until creamy. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt together. Slowly blend in dry mixture into butter mixture until the dry mixture is gone. The dough will get VERY thick. Add chocolate chips (I do this by hand). Roll 1-1 1/2" diameter balls of dough and place on cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 12-15 minutes.
