Recipe Servings: approx 6-7 dozen Description: Best damn cookies you'll ever have! Allergens: Animal, Beet, Brewers yeast, Chocolate, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Egg, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grain, Miscellaneous, Spices, Sugar, Sugar cane, Sulfites, Vanilla, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: I recommend using a stand mixer for these cookies. The dough gets to be thick and has been known to burn up hand mixers. Blend butter, eggs, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla together until creamy. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt together. Slowly blend in dry mixture into butter mixture until the dry mixture is gone. The dough will get VERY thick. Add chocolate chips (I do this by hand). Roll 1-1 1/2" diameter balls of dough and place on cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 12-15 minutes.
