Recipe Servings: 2-4 Description: A nice twist on creamy sauces for pasta Allergens: Animal, Brewers yeast, Cheese, Chicken, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Gluten, Grain, Nightshade, Olive, Onion, Rye, Spices, Sugar, Tomato, Wheat, Yeast Ingredient List:

2 Allergy_none shallots , minced
2 cloves Allergy_none garlic , minced
1 tbsp Allergy_none extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Allergy_none butter
1 cup Allergy_none vodka
1 cup Allergy_none chicken stock
1 can Allergy_none tomatoes , crushed
1/2 cup Allergy_none heavy cream
garnish Allergy_none basil
as needed Allergy_none parmesan cheese , finely grated

Instructions: 1. Saute the shallots, garlic, olive oil, and butter.
2. Add vodka.
3. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes to reduce the mixture.
4. Add the chicken stock and cook for a few minutes to reduce the mixture.
5. Add tomatoes and bring the sauce to a boil.
6. Add the heavy cream.
7. Cook the mixture, letting it thicken some.
8. Remove from heat and serve over pasta.
9. Garnish with basil and add parmesan cheese
