Recipe Servings: varies Description: For when you want a zesty snack, lunch or dinner. Allergens: Animal, Bakers yeast, Capsaicin/peppers, Chicken, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Gluten, Grain, Onion, Sugar, Tomato, Wheat, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: 1. Boil the whole chicken, cool and shred the meat.
2. In a skillet, add salsa to shredded chicken.
3. Cook until the liquid is gone from the chicken mixture.
4. Place the chicken mixture into lines down the middle of the tortilla shells. A smaller amount is easier to keep together, but experiment.
5. Roll each tortilla into a tube. Tuck the ends in so the chicken does not come out.
6. Place flap side down in a pan with oil.
7. Fry on all sides.
8. Garnish with sour cream and serve.
