Pesto pasta

Recipe Servings: 3-4 Description: Whip this up in a flash for a tasty pasta recipe Allergens: Animal, Bakers yeast, Brewers yeast, Chicken, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Gluten, Grain, Olive, Spices, Sugar, Tomato, Vinegar, Wheat, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: As you're cooking the pesto mixture, cook the pasta according to directions.
Pesto mixture:
1. Tear the bread into tiny pieces.
2. In a medium-large skillet, add the olive oil and garlic. Saute on medium heat for five minutes.
3. Add in chicken cubes and turn the heat down to medium-low.
4. Add a few spoonfuls of pesto sauce to keep the chicken moist while cooking.
5. Cook the chicken until white in the middle (cut a few open as they're cooking).
6. Add in the tomatoes, olives and bread. Turn the heat back to medium.
7. Cook for a few minutes and add in the rest of the pesto sauce.
8. Simmer on low-medium for about 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve the pesto mixture over the pasta.
