Recipe Servings: 6 Description: A nice meaty quiche, good for a lunch. 1/4 cup Allergy_none green onions , chopped
1/4 cup Allergy_none margarine , melted

1/8 tsp Allergy_none dry mustard
1/8 tsp Allergy_none nutmeg
1 cup Allergy_none mozzarella cheese , shredded
1 9-inch Allergy_none pie shell , unbaked

Instructions: Chop shrimp. In small saucepan, cook mushrooms and green onions in margarine until tender. In large bowl, combine eggs, half and half, salt, dry mustard, nutmeg and cheese. Fold in shrimp. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and continue to bake for 30 minutes or until knife, when inserted in the center of quiche, comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before servig. Makes 6 servings.
