4 Allergy_none chicken breast , boneless, skinless, in halves
1/2 tsp Allergy_none salt
1/4 tsp Allergy_none pepper , freshly ground
3/4 cup Allergy_none green onions , chopped, divided
1 tsp Allergy_none cornstarch
1/3 cup Allergy_none chicken broth
1 tbsp Allergy_none orange-flavored liqueur
pinch Allergy_none red pepper , ground
2 Allergy_none navel oranges , peels and sectioned (reserve juice)

Instructions: Total prep time: 20 minutes.

Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Pat chicken dry with paper towels; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add chicken to skillet; cook just until firm to the touch, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Transfer to platter and keep warm.

Add 1/2 cup onons to skillet and cook until tender, 3 minutes. Combine cornstarch and broth in small bowl; stir until blended. Add to skillet with orange sections and their juice and the liqueur; cook until thickened, 1 minute more. Spoon over chicken. Garnish with remaining green onions.

Make 4 servings.
