Recipe Servings: 4 Description: Fast, low-fat side dishes to go with this nutritious chicken: five-minute brown rice, and snowpeas, microwaved for two minutes. Allergens: Animal, Brewers yeast, Capsaicin/peppers, Chicken, Citrus, Corn, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grape, Miscellaneous, Onion, Orange, Pepper, Spices, Sugar, Sulfites, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: Total prep time: 20 minutes.
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Pat chicken dry with paper towels; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add chicken to skillet; cook just until firm to the touch, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Transfer to platter and keep warm.
Add 1/2 cup onons to skillet and cook until tender, 3 minutes. Combine cornstarch and broth in small bowl; stir until blended. Add to skillet with orange sections and their juice and the liqueur; cook until thickened, 1 minute more. Spoon over chicken. Garnish with remaining green onions.
Make 4 servings.
