Recipe Servings: 8 to 10 Description: Wholesome and filling, for the whole family. Goes great with mashed potatoes and green beans. 4 lb Allergy_none chuck roast , (arm, blad, inside roll or shoulder clod)
1 envelope (about 1-1/2 oz) Allergy_none dry onion soup mix
1 10.5oz can Allergy_none condensed cream of mushroom soup

Instructions: Place 30x18-inch piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil in baking pan, 13x9x2 inches; place meat on foil. Sprinkle soup mix over top of meat and spread with cream of mushroom soup. Fold foil over meat and seal securely. Cook in 300 degree oven 4 hours.
