3 cups Allergy_none dry red wine
2 tbsp Allergy_none shallot , minced
2 tbsp Allergy_none garlic , chopped
1/4 cup Allergy_none olive oil
1 tbsp Allergy_none rosemary , fresh, chopped
1/2 tsp Allergy_none thyme , dried
to taste Allergy_none salt
to taste Allergy_none pepper

Instructions: 1. Place the mushrooms in a shallow pan. Combine the remaining ingredients, including salt and pepper to taste, in a small bowl and pour over the mushrooms. Marinate for 1 to 2 hours, turning several times.

2. Have hot coals ready or preheat a gas grill. Remove the mushrooms from the marinade and grill for 3 minutes on each side.

3. Slice and serve as a side or main course.
