Apple-oat streusel muffins

Recipe Servings: 12 muffis Description: A muffin with good texture and taste. Allergens: Animal, Apple, Beet, Cinnamon, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Egg, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Gluten, Grain, Miscellaneous, Oats, Spices, Sugar, Sugar cane, Sulfites, Wheat Ingredient List:

Instructions: Muffins: Mix cereal, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in large bowl. Combine egg whites, milk and oil in small bowl; add to flour mixture and mix to moisten flour. Fold in apples. Spoon into muffin pans coated with cooking spray.
Topping: Lightly crush cereal; mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle oil over mixture; stir with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over muffins. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until brown. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
