Recipe Servings: 12 Description: Be creative - top with fruit, preserves, nuts or chocolate Allergens: Animal, Beet, Brewers yeast, Cheese, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Egg, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Gelatin, Miscellaneous, Sugar, Sugar cane, Sulfites, Vanilla, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: Line muffin tin with foil liners.
Place one vanilla wafter in each liner. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well-blended. Add eggs. Mix well. Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full. Bake 25 min. at 325.
Remove from pan when cool. Chill. Top with fruit, preserves, nuts or chocolate. Be creative!
Actual size is cupcake size.
