Crawfish augratin

Recipe Servings: 6 Description: Microwaveable. You can use any leftovers on broiled fish! Allergens: Brewers yeast, Capsaicin/peppers, Cheese, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fish/seafood, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Grain, Grape, Lobster, Miscellaneous, Nightshade, Onion, Shellfish, Spices, Sugar, Sulfites, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: 1. Saute onions in butter in a 2-quart casserole dish on High in the microwave for 3 minutes.
2. Add all ingredients to casserole dish and cook 1-1/2 to 2 minutes.
3. Stir the cheese into the hot mixture until melted.
4. Add peeled crawfish, cover with wax paper, cook on high 6 minutes, stirring 1/2 way through cooking time.
5. Serve with toasted rounds or crackers.
6. If serving with chips or anything salty, use less salt because the cheese is very salty.
