Recipe Servings: 6 Description: Microwaveable. You can use any leftovers on broiled fish! 1 bunch Allergy_none green onion top , chopped
2 tbsp Allergy_none flour
1/2 cup Allergy_none whipping cream
1/4 cup Allergy_none white wine
1/2 - 1 tsp Allergy_none cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp Allergy_none garlic , ,omced
1/2 - 1 tsp Allergy_none salt
1/4 tsp Allergy_none tabasco sauce
6 oz Allergy_none cheddar cheese , grated
3 oz Allergy_none swiss cheese , grated
1 lb Allergy_none crawfish , peeled

Instructions: 1. Saute onions in butter in a 2-quart casserole dish on High in the microwave for 3 minutes.
2. Add all ingredients to casserole dish and cook 1-1/2 to 2 minutes.
3. Stir the cheese into the hot mixture until melted.
4. Add peeled crawfish, cover with wax paper, cook on high 6 minutes, stirring 1/2 way through cooking time.
5. Serve with toasted rounds or crackers.
6. If serving with chips or anything salty, use less salt because the cheese is very salty.
