Recipe Servings: 2 Description: This makes a great lunch. Easy to bring to the office and reheat. Allergens: Animal, Beef, Cabbage, Capsaicin/peppers, Celery, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Miscellaneous, Nightshade, Onion, Spices, Sugar, Sulfites, Tomato Ingredient List:

1 large bunch Allergy_none green onions
2 Allergy_none bell peppers
1-14oz cans Allergy_none tomatoes
1 bunch Allergy_none celery
1 large head Allergy_none cabbage
1 package Allergy_none dry onion soup mix
6 Allergy_none beef bouillon cubes
several cloves Allergy_none garlic

Instructions: Cut vegetables into small bite-size pieces. Put all vegetables except tomatoes into pot. Cover with water. Boil fast for 10 minutes. Cut down heat and simmer for approximately 30 minutes until vegetables are tender. Add tomatoes and juice. Bring to a boil and heat thoroughly. Add soup mix and simmer for 10 minutes. May be seasoned with salt, pepper, parsley, curry, etc. to taste. Add extra cabbage and tomatoes if desired.

** I generally get a can of tomatoes with some extra flavoring, like basil, garlic and oregano
