Recipe Servings: 16-20 Description: I like to use whatever fruit I have on hand and add mandarin oranges. Allergens: Animal, Apple, Banana, Beet, Blueberry, Cantaloupe, Cheese, Citrus, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Gelatin, Grape, Kiwi, Lemon, Miscellaneous, Pineapple, Strawberry, Sugar, Sugar cane, Sulfites Ingredient List:

1 3-oz. package Allergy_none cream cheese , softened
1 pint Allergy_none strawberries , halved
1/2 cup Allergy_none confectioner's sugar
1 pint Allergy_none blueberries
2 teaspoons Allergy_none lemon juice
3 Allergy_none kiwis , peeled and sliced
1 8-oz. carton Allergy_none whipped cream , thawed
1 medium Allergy_none pineapple , fresh
1 medium Allergy_none green apple , chopped
1 medium Allergy_none yellow apple , chopped
1 medium Allergy_none red apple , chopped
1 small Allergy_none cantaloupe , cubed
1 large Allergy_none banana , firm, sliced
4 cups Allergy_none green grapes , seedless

Instructions: Peel and core pineapple; cut into cubes. Place in 3- or 4-quart glass serving bowl. Add remaining fruit and stir to mix. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and lemon juice; mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over fruit. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
