Crustless crab quiche

Recipe Servings: 4 Description: Allergens: Animal, Brewers yeast, Capsaicin/peppers, Cheese, Cow milk, Crab, Dairy, Egg, Fermented, Fish/seafood, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Mustard, Onion, Pepper, Shellfish, Spices, Sugar, Vinegar, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Spray a pie plate with cooking spray.
3. Combine crab meat, cheese and green onion.
4. Press into the bottom and on the sides of the pie plate.
5. In a small bowl, whisk eggs, evaporate milk, salt, dry mustard and pepper.
6. Pour the egg mixture over the crab crust in the pan.
7. Sprinkle with a dash of paprika.
8. Bake for 30 minutes.
9. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving
