1/4 cup Allergy_none green onion , chopped
4 Allergy_none eggs
1 cup Allergy_none evaporated skim milk
1/2 tsp Allergy_none salt
1/2 tsp Allergy_none dry mustard
1/8 tsp Allergy_none pepper
dash Allergy_none paprika
as needed Allergy_none cooking spray

Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Spray a pie plate with cooking spray.
3. Combine crab meat, cheese and green onion.
4. Press into the bottom and on the sides of the pie plate.
5. In a small bowl, whisk eggs, evaporate milk, salt, dry mustard and pepper.
6. Pour the egg mixture over the crab crust in the pan.
7. Sprinkle with a dash of paprika.
8. Bake for 30 minutes.
9. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving
