2 tbsp Allergy_none butter
2 tbsp Allergy_none flour
1/2 cup Allergy_none whipping cream
1/4 cup Allergy_none white wine
1 tsp Allergy_none salt
1 tsp Allergy_none cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp Allergy_none tabasco
1/4 tsp Allergy_none garlic powder
6 oz Allergy_none cheddar cheese , grated
1 lb Allergy_none crawfish , peeled
3 oz Allergy_none swiss cheese , grated

Instructions: 1. Saute green onions tops in butter on High for 3 minutes.
2. Add flour, whipping cream, white wine, salt, cayenne pepper, tabasco and garlic powder. Cook on high for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes.
3. Add in cheddar cheese, swiss cheese and stir until melted.
4. Peel the crawfish and keep the tails.
5. Add crawfish tails and stir.
6. Cover with waxed paper and cook on high.
