Recipe Servings: 2 quart Description: Another great party dip Allergens: Brewers yeast, Capsaicin/peppers, Cheese, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fish/seafood, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Grain, Grape, Lobster, Miscellaneous, Onion, Shellfish, Spices, Sugar, Sulfites, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: 1. Saute green onions tops in butter on High for 3 minutes.
2. Add flour, whipping cream, white wine, salt, cayenne pepper, tabasco and garlic powder. Cook on high for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes.
3. Add in cheddar cheese, swiss cheese and stir until melted.
4. Peel the crawfish and keep the tails.
5. Add crawfish tails and stir.
6. Cover with waxed paper and cook on high.
