Recipe Servings: Approximately 3 dozen cookies Description: Always a nice present around the holdidays; just add your favorite festive decorations. Allergens: Animal, Beet, Brewers yeast, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Egg, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Gluten, Grain, Spices, Sugar, Sugar cane, Vanilla, Wheat, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: 1. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
2. Add in the egg and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
3. Mix in the flour, cream of tartar and baking soda.
4. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
5. Roll out small amount of dough on lightly floured surface.
6. Roll thin and cut with cookie cutters.
7. Place gently on cookie sheets.
8. Bake at 375 for 9 minutes.
9. Cool on a wire rack or platter.
