Recipe Servings: 10-12 sandwiches Description: Just add to bread, meat and cheese and you have a great New Orleans favorite. as needed Allergy_none italian bread , round-shaped
6 stalks Allergy_none celery , sliced
1 head Allergy_none cauliflower , chopped
1 jar Allergy_none green olive
1 can Allergy_none black olive , sliced
1 package Allergy_none Italian seasoning powdered mix
as needed Allergy_none turkey or Allergy_none ham
as needed Allergy_none vinegar
as needed Allergy_none oil
1/2 lb Allergy_none carrots , sliced
as needed Allergy_none provolone cheese

Instructions: 1. Prepare italian seasoning with vinegar and oil, as described on mix instructions.
2. Prepare vegetables as indicated above.
3. Mix all ingredients together and place into a medium-sized jar.
4. Marinate overnight.
5. Add desired meat (turkey or ham for instance) and provolone cheese to bread. Add the mixture.
6. Broil in the oven.
7. This will keep in the refrigerator until gone.
