1 can Allergy_none rotel tomato
1 clove Allergy_none garlic , minced
1 small Allergy_none onion , minced
1 Allergy_none egg
1/4 cup Allergy_none white rice , raw

Instructions: Combine all and use a 1/2 cup measure to make mounds in baking dish. Will make 7 mounds. Bake 375 Degrees for 45 minutes. Don't make this ahead and allow it to sit--the juices run out, making it very dry.
