Recipe Servings: 7 Prep Time: 1 hr Description: meatloaf without breadcrumbs Allergens: Animal, Beef, Capsaicin/peppers, Citrus, Egg, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Grain, Onion, Rice, Spices, Sugar, Tomato, White rice Ingredient List:

Instructions: Combine all and use a 1/2 cup measure to make mounds in baking dish. Will make 7 mounds. Bake 375 Degrees for 45 minutes. Don't make this ahead and allow it to sit--the juices run out, making it very dry.
