Recipe Servings: 3 qts Prep Time: 1 hr Description: Chili without chili powder. Can even use a crockpot if you'd like. Allergens: Animal, Beef, Capsaicin/peppers, Citrus, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Onion, Spices, Sugar, Tomato Ingredient List:

QtyName
2 tsp Allergy_none salt
2.5 cups Allergy_none water
2 pds Allergy_none ground beef
2 large Allergy_none onions , chopped
4 cloves Allergy_none garlic , minced
1 can Allergy_none rotel tomato
1 can Allergy_none mild rotel tomato
1- 14 oz.can Allergy_none tomatoes
1-6 oz. can Allergy_none tomato paste
1 TBsp Allergy_none oregano , fresh

Instructions: Brown meat with onions and garlic. Drain, add all else and simmer 30-45 minutes. OR brown meat with onions and garlic and add all to crockpot and cook on high 6-8 hrs. If using dried oregano, use about 1 tsp.

I am allergic to all chili peppers, so I used plain canned tomatoes instead of the rotel, and added ground cumin for a little smoky flavor. It was fabulous
