1/2 tsp. Allergy_none thyme
1 48 oz. jar Allergy_none Randall mixed bean
1/2 tsp. Allergy_none oregano
1 lb Allergy_none chicken thigh , uncooked, skin removed for less fat
1/4 tsp. Allergy_none pepper
1 lb Allergy_none chicken leg , uncooked, skin removed for less fat
46 oz. Allergy_none chicken stock
1 cup Allergy_none onion , chopped
1 cup Allergy_none celery , chopped
2 cloves Allergy_none garlic , minced
2 tbsp. Allergy_none parsley , chopped
1 28 oz. can Allergy_none tomatoes , whole, peeled, chopped
1 tsp. Allergy_none rosemary

Instructions: Bring first 12 ingredients to a boil and then simmer 45 minutes more.

Cool down and remove all chicken from bone and cut up meat.

Return chicken to soup and add cubed ham and Randall mixed beans

Simmer 10 minutes

The longer it cooks, the better it is and it tastes best after a day in the refrigerator.
