1 box Allergy_none spinach , frozen
1TBsp Allergy_none lemon juice , or 1/2 tsp vitamin C crystals
4 cups Allergy_none water
1 large Allergy_none onion , chopped
2 Allergy_none carrots , chopped
2 TBsp Allergy_none oil
1 1/4 cups Allergy_none lentils , washed
1-14 oz can Allergy_none tomatoes , diced
3 cloves Allergy_none garlic , minced
1 tsp Allergy_none salt

Instructions: Saute garlic, onion, and carrots in oil. Then add lentils, water, tomatoes and salt and simmer 30 minutes. Then add frozen block of spinach and lemon juice or vit. C crystals. Simmer until spinach thaws.
