Lentil spinach soup

Recipe Servings: 4-6 servings Prep Time: 1 hr Description: A hearty soup that's very good for you, if you tollerate the ingredients. Allergens: Carrot, Citrus, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Legume, Lemon, Miscellaneous, Nut, Onion, Spices, Spinach, Sugar, Sulfites, Tomato Ingredient List:

Instructions: Saute garlic, onion, and carrots in oil. Then add lentils, water, tomatoes and salt and simmer 30 minutes. Then add frozen block of spinach and lemon juice or vit. C crystals. Simmer until spinach thaws.
