Recipe Servings: 4-6 servings Prep Time: 30 minutes Description: Basic roasted potatoes with a wonderful rosemary flavor. Allergens: Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Spices, Sugar, White potato Ingredient List:

2 pds Allergy_none new potatoes , quartered, or cut up larger potatoes
2 TBsp Allergy_none oil
1 TBsp Allergy_none rosemary , fresh chopped
1 tsp Allergy_none salt

Instructions: Combine all and pour into greased 9x13 dish. Bake 425 degrees, turing a few times during cooking, or bake 375 degrees, turning once, for 30-40 minutes.

Lately I've been adding onion and carrots to the potatoes, then adding cooked meat when it's almost done. A one dish meal!
