1 cube Allergy_none chicken bouillon
3/4 cup Allergy_none quick cooking brown rice
1/2 cup Allergy_none raisins
1 tbsp Allergy_none lemon juice
3/4 Lb Allergy_none chicken breasts , skinless, boned, cut in 1" pieces
1 cup Allergy_none water
1/2 tsp Allergy_none ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp Allergy_none salt
2 cloves Allergy_none garlic , minced
1 Allergy_none bay leaf
1-8 oz can Allergy_none stewed tomatoes

Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. In a skillet, stir together water, stewed tomatoes, brown rice, raisins, lemon juice, curry powder, bouillon, cinnamon, salt, garlic, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil; then stir in chicken. Transfer mixture to a casserole dish.
3. Cover, and bake in the preheated oven 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender and chicken juices run clear.
