1/2 cup Allergy_none dark brown sugar
1 (3 1/2-4 lb) Allergy_none corned beef
1 medium Allergy_none onion , quartered
3 Allergy_none peppercorns
5 sprigs Allergy_none parsley
1 Allergy_none bay leaf
1/4 cup Allergy_none mustard , prepared

Instructions: Place corned beef in a large pot. Add onion, peppercorns, parsley and bya leaf. Cover with water. Simmer 1 1/2-2 hours, covered. Remove from water and place in a baking dish. Combine prepared mustard and dry mustard. Spread mustards on corned beef, covering completely. Dredge beef in brown sugar, covering all sides. Bake at 350 for 30-45 min.

serve with steamed cabbage and glazed carrots
