pinch Allergy_none salt
pinch Allergy_none pepper
1/2 cup Allergy_none flour , for dredging
1 cup Allergy_none butter
1 cup Allergy_none almonds

Instructions: Wipe fillets with damp cloth. Salt, pepper and dredge in flour. Saute in 1/2 cup butter 5 minutes. Place in casserole and set aside. To make Almandine sauce, saute almonds in 1/2 cup butter until lightly browned. Spoon almonds over grouper and squeeze juice of one lemon over top. Just before serving, place in 375 oven 5-10 minutes or until browned. Garnish with lemon slices.

Red snapper may be substituted for Grouper
