Poached salmon with dill sauce

Instructions: Line bottom of large skillet with onion. Top with salmon and add enough water to cover. Add peppercorns, bay leaf, and salt. Squeeze 1/2 lemon into pan and add lemon half. Simmer uncovered 10 min. or until salmon is flaky. Carefully lift from and pan and drain. To serve, place poached salmonn on platter and garnish with parsley and lemon slices. Pass dill sauce separately.
Dill Sauce----Combine sour cream, lemon juice, onion, and dill weed in a small saucepan. Heat until just warm.
