1- 6 oz can Allergy_none tomato paste
1 1/2 cups Allergy_none water
1 1/2 tsp Allergy_none chili powder

Instructions: Combine beef and onion in a Dutch oven; cook until beef is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain. Add pinto beans and remaining ingredients; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
