Instructions: Brown roast on all sides in hot oil in Dutch oven; pour off drippings. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper; add apple juice, water and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil; cover, redure heat and simmer 1 hour. Add apricots, prunes and apple; simmer, covered 30 min.
