1 pound Allergy_none bulk pork sausage
1 8-oz. can Allergy_none crescent dinner rolls , refrigerated
2 cups (8 oz.) Allergy_none mozzarella cheese , shredded
4 Allergy_none eggs , beaten
3/4 cup Allergy_none milk
1/4 teaspoon Allergy_none salt
1/8 teaspoon Allergy_none black pepper

Instructions: Preheat oven to 425°F.

Crumble sausage in a medium skillet; cook over medium flame until brown, stirring occasionally. Drain well. Line bottom of a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish with crescent rolls, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Sprinkle with the sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients; beat well, and pour over sausage. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes or until set.
