Instructions: Combine sauerkraut, vinegar, oil, celery, greenn pepper, ionion, and sugar. Refrigerate 24 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle with caraway seeds if desired.
Add a finely chopped crisp red apple for a tart crunchiness
