Schweine schnitzel (breaded pork cutlet)

Recipe Servings: 6-9 Description: This is the national dish of Germany. It’s kind of like chicken fried steak, but chicken fried boneless pork chop. Allergens: Animal, Corn, Egg, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Grain, Pepper, Pork, Spices, Sugar Ingredient List:

Instructions: Tenderize pork chops with a tenderizing mallet. Salt and pepper pork chops, add garlic salt. Heat vegetable oil in large frying pan. Beat two eggs in a medium size bowl. Place flour on a plate and corn flake crumbs on a separate plate. Roll chops in flour, dip in egg batter, and then roll in corn flake crumbs. Fry breaded pork chops in frying pan at low to medium heat until crisp.
