6-9 Allergy_none pork chops , boneless, thinly sliced
to taste Allergy_none salt
to taste Allergy_none black pepper
to taste Allergy_none garlic salt
1/4 cup Allergy_none vegetable oil
2 Allergy_none eggs

Instructions: Tenderize pork chops with a tenderizing mallet. Salt and pepper pork chops, add garlic salt. Heat vegetable oil in large frying pan. Beat two eggs in a medium size bowl. Place flour on a plate and corn flake crumbs on a separate plate. Roll chops in flour, dip in egg batter, and then roll in corn flake crumbs. Fry breaded pork chops in frying pan at low to medium heat until crisp.
