4 cloves Allergy_none garlic
1 lb Allergy_none spinach , well washed, stems removed
to taste Allergy_none salt
1/2 tsp Allergy_none nutmeg , ground
to taste Allergy_none pepper

Instructions: Heat a skillet over medium heat, Add EVOO, two turns of the pan, and garlic for 2-3 min.

Add spinach to the pan in stages. Fill the pan with leaves and turn leaves in warm EVOO until they wilt. Add more spinach to the skillet and repeat the process untill all of the spinach in incorporated. Season with salt and pepper and nutmeg, then serve
