Recipe Servings: 4-6 Prep Time: 25 minutes Description: This is a great dressing-type dish to have with poultry for the holidays, but why not have it any time? It tastes GREAT, but doesn't reheat well, so make half the recipe if you only want a small amount. Allergens: Animal, Celery, Chicken, Egg, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Grain, Oats, Onion, Spices, Sugar Ingredient List:

QtyName
1 clove Allergy_none garlic , minced
1/2 cup Allergy_none onion , finely chopped
1/2 cup Allergy_none celery , finely chopped
as desired Allergy_none salt
20 Allergy_none sage leaf , fresh, minced,or maybe 1/2 tsp dried?

2 Tbsp Allergy_none oil

Instructions: Combine oats and eggs and allow to sit 5 minutes. Heat oil and saute oats until golden brown--will look like hamburger. Add veg and seasonings and cook slowly 5 minutes. Add broth and simmer until liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes. If it gets too dry, add a little more broth. Serve hot.
