Recipe Servings: 4 servings Prep Time: 30 minutes Description: An easy, healthy side dish. If you want to use another green which isn't thick and tough like collards, just don't blanch them. Allergens: Cabbage, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Spices, Sugar Ingredient List:

1 pd. Allergy_none collard greens , fresh, washed, stems cut off and shredded
2 qts. Allergy_none water , boiling
1 tbsp Allergy_none oil
to taste Allergy_none garlic , minced

Instructions: Plunge shredded greens into boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain immediately. Heat oil in skillet, add garlic, then greens. Cook over low heat, covered, 15 minutes.
