Recipe Servings: 4 Prep Time: 30 min Description: A one dish skillet meal using cooked meat. Allergens: Animal, Celery, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Grain, Onion, Pepper, Rice, Spices, Sugar, Tomato, White rice Ingredient List:

1/2 cup Allergy_none water
to taste Allergy_none salt
2 cups Allergy_none meat , cooked and cubed
2 tbsp Allergy_none oil
1/3 cup Allergy_none onion , chopped
1/3 cup Allergy_none green pepper , chopped
1/3 cup Allergy_none celery , chopped
1 or 2 cloves Allergy_none garlic
1/2 cup Allergy_none white rice , raw
1 pd. can Allergy_none petite diced tomatoes , undrained

Instructions: Saute raw veg in oil until golden. Stir in rice to coat with oil. Stir in meat, using more oil if needed. Pour tomatoes on top and add water. Cover and simmer until rice is done.
