Pork chops with tomato sauce

Recipe Servings: enough sauce for 4-6 pork chops Prep Time: 1 hr Description: An easy skillet main dish and the sauce is great on rice, pasta or potatoes. Allergens: Animal, Capsaicin/peppers, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Nightshade, Pork, Spices, Sugar, Tomato Ingredient List:

|
Instructions: Brown chops in oil. Season with salt and pepper, if using. Add all else and simmer uncovered until done, 45 minutes. Sauce will thicken as it cooks.

Many tomato pastes are ONLY tomatoes. That's what I use, so I don't get all the 'stuff' in canned tomato sauce.
