Recipe Servings: enough sauce for 4-6 pork chops Prep Time: 1 hr Description: An easy skillet main dish and the sauce is great on rice, pasta or potatoes. Allergens: Animal, Capsaicin/peppers, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Nightshade, Pork, Spices, Sugar, Tomato Ingredient List:

4-6 Allergy_none pork chops
1 pd. can Allergy_none tomatoes
1 8oz can Allergy_none tomato sauce , or 1/2 can tomato paste and water
1/2 cup Allergy_none water
1 Allergy_none bell pepper , cup in strips
4 large cloves Allergy_none garlic , minced

Instructions: Brown chops in oil. Season with salt and pepper, if using. Add all else and simmer uncovered until done, 45 minutes. Sauce will thicken as it cooks.

Many tomato pastes are ONLY tomatoes. That's what I use, so I don't get all the 'stuff' in canned tomato sauce.
