Recipe Servings: 3 qts Prep Time: 10 minutes and 24 hrs in crock pot Description: Start this easy soup 24 hrs before you want to eat it. (Like Saturday lunch to eat Sunday lunch, or while cleaning up supper for tomorrow's supper) Allergens: Bean, Carrot, Celery, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Legume, Nut, Onion, Pea, Spices, Sugar Ingredient List:

7 cups Allergy_none water
1/4 cup Allergy_none oil
1 large Allergy_none onion
2 Allergy_none carrots
3 large ribs Allergy_none celery
3 cloves Allergy_none garlic
1 Tbsp Allergy_none salt

Instructions: Wash and drain peas. Put peas, water and salt into crock pot 24 hrs before you plan to eat it. Cook on low.
6-8 hrs before you plan to eat, run veg. through a food processor, saute in oil and add to crock pot. Ready 6-8 more hours, a total of 24 hrs.
