Peanut brittle

Recipe Servings: 1 sheet Description: A hard holiday candy. Allergens: Beet, Corn, Cow milk, Dairy, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Legume, Miscellaneous, Nut, Peanut, Spices, Sugar, Sugar cane, Sulfites Ingredient List:

Instructions: Great a large cookie sheet.
Combine sugar, karo syrup, and water in a dutch oven on the stove.
Heat to a boil, stirring occasionally.
At 275 degrees, add the peanuts.
Continue to stir and cook.
When the temperature reaches 295 degrees, turn off the heat, add the baking soda, and stir.
Pour onto the cookie sheet and allow to cool.
Break into pieces and serve.
