Healthy garlic fries

Recipe Servings: 3-5 servings Prep Time: About an hour Description: Tasty fries! Allergens: Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Garlic, Miscellaneous, Rapeseed, Spices, Sugar, White potato Ingredient List:

Instructions: Heat the garlic and oil in a saucepan over medium heat for 2 minutes. Strain the garlic from the oil. Cut the potatoes into 1/4 inch sticks. In a large bowl, mix the oil, potatoes, and salt. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and spread the fries onto it. Bake until golden brown and crisp. This should take about 35 minutes. Use garlic and salt to taste.

I've seen recipes like this before, but never took the time to flavor the oil first. Boy, have I been missing something! I didn't have the recipe at home, so I just used 'some' garlic and 'some' oil and the results were exceptional. Thanks.

i wonder if after it cooks and it is out sitting maybe some rosemary on top would make it phenominal? maybe i'll try it tonight...
