Recipe Servings: 1 cake Prep Time: a few minutes Description: Fat-free frosting to use with fat-free chololate cake. Allergens: Animal, Beet, Brewers yeast, Corn, Egg, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Miscellaneous, Sugar, Sugar cane, Sulfites, Vanilla, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: Beat egg whites and salt until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beat until soft peaks form. Microwave syrup on HIGH until boiling. Slowly pour thin stream over egg whites, beat until stiff and glossy. Beat in vanilla.
This frosts a 9x13-in. cake in a pan. Half recipe for a 9x9-in. cake in a pan.
