Recipe Servings: 4 Prep Time: about 20 min. Description: We use Quinoa (keen-wa) instead of rice and make this delicious side dish. Allergens: Celery, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grain, Miscellaneous, Mushroom, Squash, Sugar, Sulfites Ingredient List:

1 Serving Allergy_none quinoa , prepareded as on box
2 Allergy_none zucchini , sauteed
2 stalks Allergy_none celery , sauteed
1 package Allergy_none mushrooms , fresh, sauteed
1 Tablespoon Allergy_none oil

Instructions: Prepare the quinoa as on box. (We like to substitue the water with chicken stalk- read ingredients on the pakage for hidden ingredients!)

While quinoa is cooking, saute your fresh veggies in a skillet with a drop of oil to keep from sticking.
Combine in skillet, mix, and serve!

To make this an entire meal, add a meat of your choice! We like ground Turkey with a spash of wheat free soy sauce!

I've heard quinoa is a complete source of protein in itself, so this pilaf is a meal even without the meat!
