Recipe Servings: 3 Prep Time: 20 min Description: A great substitute for beef! Allergens: Animal, Pepper, Spices, Turkey Ingredient List:
| Qty | Name |
| 1 pound |
| 2 TBsp. |
| 1 tsp. |
| 1 tsp. |
Instructions: In a bowl, combine ground turkey and salt and pepper.
(We like to buy the Italian Turkey, it is already seasoned)
Roll into balls and saute in a skillet with the oil to cover bottom. Takes about 15 to cook. If you are worried about the center not cooking, cover with a lid and turn heat to low-med.
