Garlic and Herb Tomatoes

3 TBsp Allergy_none olive oil
2 tsp Allergy_none garlic , minced
2 pints Allergy_none cherry tomatoes
2 TBsp Allergy_none parsley , fresh, chopped
2 tsp Allergy_none thyme , fresh, chopped
2 TBsp Allergy_none basil , fresh, chopped
1 tsp Allergy_none salt
1/4 tsp Allergy_none black pepper , freshly ground

Instructions: 1. Heat olive oil in a saute pan large enough to hold all the tomatoes in one layer.
2. Add garlic to the oil and cook over medium heat for 30 seconds.
3. Add the tomatoes, basil, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, tossing occasionally, until the tomatoes begin to loose their firm round shape.
4. Sprinkle with a little fresh chopped basil and parsley.
5. Remove from pan and serve hot or at room temperature.
