Recipe Servings: 16 Muffins Prep Time: 10 min Description: Sweet-n-spicy grain free muffins Allergens: Apple, Cinnamon, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grain, Quinoa, Spices, Sugar, Yeast Ingredient List:

Instructions: Mix the dry ingredients. Stir in the chopped apples.
In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients (applesuce, apple juice, & oil).
Add wet ingredients to the dry, stirring until just mixed.
Put batter into oiled/floured muffin tin, filling the muffin cups about 3/4 full.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
