1 3/4 c. Allergy_none quinoa flour
1/4 c. Allergy_none tapioca flour
2 tsp. Allergy_none baking soda
1/2 tsp. Allergy_none unbuffered vitamin c crystals
2 tsp. Allergy_none cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Allergy_none apples , peeled and chopped
1 c. Allergy_none applesauce , unsweetened
1/4c. Allergy_none apple juice concentrate , thawed
1/4c. Allergy_none oil

Instructions: Mix the dry ingredients. Stir in the chopped apples.

In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients (applesuce, apple juice, & oil).

Add wet ingredients to the dry, stirring until just mixed.

Put batter into oiled/floured muffin tin, filling the muffin cups about 3/4 full.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
