Recipe Servings: 16 Prep Time: 5 minutes Description: This bread is crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Add some fruit spread or your favorite nut butter and enjoy! Allergens: Almond, Animal, Apple, Bakers yeast, Brewers yeast, Brown rice, Corn, Egg, Fermented, Fructose, Fruit/vegetable, Grain, Honey, Miscellaneous, Nightshade, Nut, Rice, Sugar, Sulfites, Tree nut, Vinegar, White potato, Yeast Ingredient List:

1 T Allergy_none Xanthan Gum
1 1/2 cups Allergy_none almond milk
3 1/4 cups Allergy_none brown rice flour
1 T Allergy_none cider vinegar
1/8 cup Allergy_none vegetable oil
2 T Allergy_none honey
1 T Allergy_none active dry yeast
1/2 cup Allergy_none cornstarch
3 Allergy_none eggs
1/2 cup Allergy_none Potato Starch

Instructions: Put ingredients in bread machine in order of recipe. Set to dough. When the bread machine is done transfer dough to a loaf pan and preheat oven to 350. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Note, to make this egg free mix together 3 tsp baking powder, 3 T water and 3 T white vinegar. Add to ingredients in place of the eggs.

Does anyone know if there is any option instead of the cornstarch and potato starch? I am allergic to both. Thanks for the help.
